All
booking fees are due in full by the end of session.
Post
processing time is 1-2 weeks. Please be aware of this time frame. As soon as
your images are complete, you will be notified via contact info that you
provided.
Sessions
may be subject to rescheduling due to weather. The photographer will make
judgements and will take your best interest in mind when determining weather.
In the unlikely even the photographer is injured, becomes too ill, or has an
emergency that prevents her from photographing the event, the photographer will
make every attempt to reschedule or find a replacement. Photographer uses their
own discretion to find a replacement photographer that they feel is suitable to
fit the standards of Melissa Lynn Photography.
In
the extreme case that photos are lost due to corruption or equipment failure,
Melissa Lynn Photography is not held responsible for lost photos. Sessions may
be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
Photographer
prefers clean, natural images showing the client’s true self. Therefore, she
does not retouch extensively. A blemish here or there may be touched up.
Each
session comes with a minimum of 8 (average 25) high resolution images for any
standard session along with the printing rights. The number of images received
is dependent upon the type and length of each session individually. Images are
delivered to the client via data disk. Images may be used for personal use and
sharing. If you choose to post your photos on social media networks, please
give proper credit to the photographer with a link to photography page.
Images
received from Melissa Lynn Photography MAY NOT BE EDITED OR ALTERED from their
original version in ANY way. This includes but is not limited to: turning color
images into black and white, adding text, cropping, or color accenting. Photos
reflect on the artist, not the client. All images shot by Melissa Lynn
Photography are property of the photographer. Please be aware that any image
may be used for advertising, promotion, or sales. Client gives consent to
photographer to use all images taken of the subject at discretion of the
photographer.
